A Day in the Life: South Side officer opens up about community policing

When South Williamsport Police Officer Jacob Summers was a kid his favorite show was Cops. All he wanted to be when he grew up was a police officer. Serving in the small borough of South Williamsport Summers has found a strong bond with his fellow officers and a community he hopes to be a part of for the rest of a law enforcement career. On the PULSE recently tagged along for a day in Summers’ life.
