It’s our one-year anniversary! During On the PULSE’s first year as a media company in Northcentral, Pennsylvania, we have been dedicated to building engagement in community through local news. We’ve published over 60 videos, reached 200,000 video views, written over 200 articles and shed light on the hidden issues of our community.
In 2020, we are dedicated to increasing our video production and going deeper into the local stories of our community by finding the heart inside the issues and the people behind the policies.
Our 2020 goals include:
- Launching a new Healthy Living section with food and health content.
- Launching a Podcast full of compelling local stories.
- Creating a connection with local colleges by bringing on student writers.
- Hiring more writers to dive into hidden local issues.
