Finding the courage to go Over the Edge for a good cause

WILLIAMSPORT – Roughly 60 people found the courage to rappel off the Williamsport Hepburn Apartment Building’s towering frame on Saturday and make the slow drop to the ground.

This one-of-a-kind rappelling event is set up by Over the Edge, a national special events rope access company that works with non profits in the community to assist with fundraising.

Each participant needed to raise at least $1,000 for the chance to rappel. The YWCA Northcentral PA @Williamsport Area School District and the Williamsport Branch YMCA partnered with Over the Edge for the event.
