Heartworks Support Group

Heartworks is a “family-based” peer support program for grieving children, teens and their families and offers peer-support groups for: Ages 4-6 Elementary Middles Teens Parent(s)/caregiver(s) of enrolled children/teens Peer groups meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays (1st & 3rd Tuesdays in November/December) of the month from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm September through May of the 2019-2020 school year. Dinner is provided from 6:00-6:30pm for all families, staff, & volunteers.

9/11 Memorial Ride

Join the 9/11 Memorial Coalition for this year’s rolling memorial.  Remember the lives lost that fateful day and those we’ve lost since.  The fire, police, EMS and military personnel who dedicated their lives to serving the people of the greatest country on the planet.  Let’s Roll!

Informal Bridge Gathering

Love to play bridge or would like to learn how?  This is an informal group that gathers to play bridge.  Some are beginners and no partners are necessary. Come and learn or relearn how to play and gather with a super nice group.

“Haunt & Gather” – Lycoming College Art Gallery

“Haunt & Gather” by Anthony Cervino to visit Lycoming College Art Gallery WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – (Aug. 16, 2019) – The Lycoming College Art Gallery will unveil a new exhibit this fall entitled “Haunt & Gather,” featuring new sculptures by Anthony Cervino. The show opens as part of First Friday in downtown Williamsport on Sept. 6, with an artist reception beginning at 5 p.m., followed by a gallery talk at 5:30 p.m. The gallery will remain open until 9 p.m. The show runs through Oct. 11 and is free and open to the public.

Saturday, Sept. 14 

BalloonFest, Air Show & Much More

Great Day of FUN for the entire family. Come out and experience a Hot Air Balloon ride (must RSVP in advance for this online at lcrotary.com) or you can get a ride in a Tethered Balloon. Watch the great Aerobatics of famous pilot Michael Goulian, watch Team Fastrax skydivers, we also have a Paromotors team this year Paradigm Aerobatics. We have the jump houses for kids to play on, we have 3 pieces of heavy equipment to allow kids and adults to attempt their hands at operating a big machine. There will also be competitions with trophy’s awarded for a Heavy Equipment Rodeo. We will also have Axe throwing and some other fun activites. There pretty much is something for everyone to enjoy themselves. We end the night with a laser light show and some lit up aerobatic shows (weather permitting) There is also Helicopter Rides offered as well.

  • Cost: $5.00 to $35.00 —$5 for Children 6-12/ $9 Adults /$35 Helicopter Ride
