Box of Light: Lego Maniacs Edition

Art in the Alley

Art in the Alley returns this summer on Tuesdays July 2, 16 and 30. Multiple creation stations will be outside the children’s library entrance to make it beautiful. We will have bubbles, chalk, and watercolor, window painting and bucket drumming. DIY games including Asteroid Toss, Flying Saucer Ring Toss, UFO Tic Tac Toe, and Spaceship Checkers will also be in the alley. These classic summer activities will be funtastic! Stay for as little or as long as you would like.

The Cookbook Club

Williamsport – Kirsten Burkhart, Executive Director, AIDS Resource, Inc., announced a free Questions and Answers About Medical Marijuana session for area health and human service providers featuring Lolly Bentch, Patient Liaison, PA Medical Marijuana Program on Wednesday, July 17th, 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, 500 West 3rd Street, in the city. Enjoy everything blue at Mifflinburg’s Community Park from 6 pm to 9 pm. Featured are blueberry pie by the slice or whole pies, blueberry ice-cream, blueberry topping and the famous blueberry Whoopie pies. Food vendors on site will offer sandwiches, fries, and beverages for sale. There will also be live bluegrass music by the West End Bluegrass Band. Free admission. Bring your own lawn chairs!
