Bike with Spirit of Women
Gather your friends and family to join Nathaniel Hare, MD, UPMC Susquehanna allergist, for a leisurely 60-minute bike ride on the Pine Creek Trail. Enjoy the ride filled with nature’s beauty including cliff walls, water falls, and a gorgeous waterway, while discussing allergies. The trail is hard-packed gravel with a gradual grade, perfect for beginner or expert bikers. Bring your own bicycle and helmet. Snacks and water will be provided.
- When: 8:30 a.m. for a free helmet check by Annalisa Negrea, RN, BSN, CEN, injury prevention coordinator. Annalisa will provide simple tips to ensure you and your family have the correct helmet fit for every ride.

Stream Survey
Many things besides fish live in a healthy stream, but most of them spend their lives hiding under rocks or other sunken debris. Join the park naturalist to search for these critters, and learn more about them. Come prepared to get into the water.
