Check out Andrea’s Ham Barbecue: It’s too good to miss!

Picnic season is in full swing and this Ham Barbecue treat will be a great addition to any gathering.

Compliment it with a side of broccoli salad and the meal is complete.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 8 oz. Relish
  • 1 lb. Ham (chopped fine. Chicken or Turkey can be substituted)

Mix all together and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Eat plain or on some fresh buns from your local baker.
