WILLIAMSPORT – The Lycoming County commissioners held a short meeting Thursday, approving new personnel and security software. On the PULSE publishes action items after each Thursday meeting:
Approve the following personnel actions: PASS 2-0
- DPS-EMA- Nicole West- Full time replacement as EMA Administrative Assistant. Paygrade 6. $16.59/hourly. Effective 1/27/20.
- District Attorney- New Position as Part time Assistant County Detective- not to exceed 1000 hours annually. Paygrade DAD. $23.09/ hourly. Effective 1/21/20.
- District Attorney- New Position as Part time Assistant County Detective- not to exceed 1000 hours annually. Paygrade DAD. $23.09/ hourly. Effective 1/21/20.
Resolution with SEDA-COG to appoint Environmental Review Certifying Officer for Lycoming County’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding programs. PASS 2-0
- Make Mya Toon a backup certifying officer for funding approval when the Director of Administration/Chief Clerk is out of the office.
Quote with CDW-G for proof point email security services in the amount of $15,146.25. PASS 2-0
- Renewal of email security services. This is part of the Information Services budget and provides email filtering and security for the entire county.
Agreement w/ KOVA Corporation – Three years Maintenance and Support for Verint Audiolog logger recorder and ancillary equipment. $18,311.00 Annually / $54,933.00 Total. PASS 2-0
- This is the maintenance provider for audio systems that records 911 calls and radio transmissions for the county 911 Center.
The commissioners present were Scott Metzger and Tony Mussare. Commissioner Rick Mirabito was absent.
The next commissioners meeting will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21.
