Oktoberfest 2019
Join us for our annual Oktoberfest Hang Out & Beer Release Weekend! We will be releasing our Brewin Moon Oktoberfest Marzen Lager & Urban Abbey Pumpkin Lager on Friday, September 13th at 4:00. On Saturday we’ll be grilling up brats and serving traditional German eats during the day for our weekly Saturday Pub Hang along with Farmer Moofys Produce Stand + yard games and other beer happenings.

“Haunt & Gather” by Anthony Cervino to visit Lycoming College Art Gallery WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – (Aug. 16, 2019) – The Lycoming College Art Gallery will unveil a new exhibit this fall entitled “Haunt & Gather,” featuring new sculptures by Anthony Cervino. The show opens as part of First Friday in downtown Williamsport on Sept. 6, with an artist reception beginning at 5 p.m., followed by a gallery talk at 5:30 p.m. The gallery will remain open until 9 p.m. The show runs through Oct. 11 and is free and open to the public. The works in “Haunt & Gather” pay homage to the emotional valences and real histories found in familiar and strange things.

The Road to the Billtown Comedy Festival: Competitions
The Road to the Billtown Comedy Fest Fueled by the blossoming comedy scene in Williamsport, a group of comedians (Rasheed Wesley, Chris William, Cassidy Grae Billet, Eddie Kiersnowski, & Tim Kainzbauer), and our Executive Director, John Yogodzinski have joined together to bring a full-fledged comedy fest in April of 2020. We are still in the planning stages and have a long road ahead, but we will be throwing a few mini comedy competitions in September and October to create awareness of the festival and also raise funds for the headliner and any venue rental fees and promotional costs we may incur while putting together the festival. All of the proceeds from each competition will go towards the 2020 festival.

Running Over Addiction is held to raise funds and awareness for the West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission, which provides services to those who live in Lycoming & Clinton counties. The Commission provides valuable prevention services as well as treatment to those who are fighting addiction.
