Thomas D. Heap – R (WINNER)
Thomas D. Heap, 53, has worked for Lycoming County for 24 years. He is the director of Assessment/Tax Claim Bureau and Central Collections Office, his duties include overseeing the complete financial records of all Criminal Court Cases in Lycoming County. A 14-year veteran of the US Army, Heap and his wife Susan live in Montoursville and are the parents of 3 children.

Jeni Nash-Harvey – D
Nash-Harvey was born in Montgomery. In 2003, she graduated from Montgomery Area High School and in 2008, earned a degree in legal assistant/paralegal studies from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Nash-Harvey has worked as a paralegal in the county since 2008 has participated on the Common Pleas Case Management System Committee. She also serves as the secretary for the Montgomery Area Independent Football League board.
