Daniel Strailey

Dan Strailey is a resident of Montoursville and is a member of the First United Methodist Church Muncy and also attends LCBC Church (Lives Changed by Christ) online. He has a long career in law enforcement and currently works as the Chief Deputy of the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office as well as a part time 911 dispatcher at Clinton County Department of Emergency Services.

  • Enhance positive interactions with the public
  • Evaluate the office to determine if things can run more efficiently

Mark Lusk


Mark Lusk has been the county sheriff since 2010.

Lusk is a 44-year veteran in the Law Enforcement community. He has been the Old Lycoming Police Chief and the County Chief Deputy Coroner. He has served as the 2016 Pennsylvania State Sheriff’s Association Vice President and 2017 Pennsylvania State Sheriff’s Association President.

  • Aggressive on crime
  • Continue to clear the county's supply of felony warrants
